Juegos del Amor is a digital platform that offers interactive intimate experiences for adult couples. The service is operated by NeoGame Digital SL, with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 194, 28046 Madrid, Spain.

1.1 · Identification of the Data Controller

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the "Juegos del Amor" web platform, as well as the services offered through it.

2.1 · Services Offered

• Digital platform of intimate games for couples.
• System of customizable actions and virtual dice.
• Different game modes (in-person couple, long distance, special).
• Personalization and preference configuration tools.

3.1 · Age Requirements

The user declares and warrants that they are over 18 years of age. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.2 · User Registration

• Completing the registration process is mandatory to access the services.
• All information provided must be truthful and up to date.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Sharing or transferring the account to third parties is prohibited.

3.3 · Proper Use

The user undertakes to:

4.1 · Subscription Model

The service is offered through an annual subscription. The available prices are shown at the time of registration and include the applicable VAT.

4.2 · Automatic Renewal

• The subscription renews automatically every year.
• The user may cancel the automatic renewal at any time from their user panel.
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 · Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, complying with PCI-DSS standards. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card through the PayPal platform.

4.4 · Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, except if you have already begun using the service after expressly requesting its immediate start.

4.5 · Action Packs

Additional action packs are add-ons that expand the gaming experience. These packs:

• Remain permanently associated with the user's account.
• Are retained even if the subscription expires or ends.
• Are purchased independently of the subscription.
• Require an active subscription in order to be used during the game.

4.6 · Subscription Types and Access Periods

There are different types of subscription with specific access periods:

• Annual Subscription: full access for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Weekend Pack: access during weekends (Friday to Monday) within the contracted period.
• Seasonal Packs: access during specific periods (e.g.: Christmas, Summer) according to the dates indicated at the time of purchase.

In all cases, the account is activated from the moment of payment, but access to the game will only be available during the period corresponding to each type of subscription.

5.1 · Data Controller

Personal data will be processed by NeoGame Digital SL in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

5.2 · Purposes of Processing

• Provision of the contracted service.
• Management of the commercial relationship.
• Payment processing.
• Communications related to the service.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

5.3 · User Rights

6.1 · Platform Rights

All content, design, code, trademarks, and elements of the platform are the property of NeoGame Digital SL and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 · Licence of Use

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.

6.3 · User Content

The custom actions and configurations created by the user remain their property, but they grant the platform the rights necessary for the provision of the service.

7.1 · Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Unforeseen technical failures.
• Force majeure causes.
• User connectivity issues.

7.2 · Use of the Service

The user uses the service at their own risk. The platform is not liable for:

• Improper use of the service.
• Damages arising from misuse of the recommendations.
• Problems in personal relationships.
• Loss of data for causes beyond the platform's control.

8.1 · Suspension for Breach

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, especially in cases of:

• Fraudulent or malicious use.
• Violation of the terms of use.
• Activities that compromise the security of the platform.
• Non-payment of the established fees.

8.2 · Termination by the User

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their control panel. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Update of the date on this page.

Continued use of the service after the notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10.1 · Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

10.2 · Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

10.3 · Alternative Resolution

Before resorting to legal action, the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through mediation or arbitration.

11.1 · Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these terms is declared null or ineffective, the rest of the document will remain valid.

11.2 · Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreement.

11.3 · Language

In the event of a discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.
